Carol B. Holthouse, PE owns and operates Information Technology Training Solutions, LLC. She brings more than 30 years of business and consulting experience to the management of ITTS. ITTS delivers improvement in business results and employee satisfaction by applying new tools and skills in the workplace. A comprehensive structured approach is used to survey client requirements, design and implement solutions, and then evaluate results for continuous improvement. Project teams under Carol’s leadership have been consistently successful with both instructor-facilitated and technology delivered training solutions. Prior to founding ITTS, Carol was Manager of Education Services for a rapidly growing St. Louis computer training and consulting company. Responsibilities included proposal development and delivery, executive sponsorship of major client projects, and the administration of a staff of 30 consultants.
Her consulting experience includes IT Strategic Planning services, integrated software development and training projects, PC support, and e-mail system administration. Carol has developed and delivered training on proprietary software systems, project management, consulting skills, Microsoft Project, and other desktop software.
As Coordinator of Training and Organizational Development for Fru-Con Engineering, Carol addressed needs that ranged from teaching 60 new manufacturing technicians for a round-the-clock quality assurance operation, to delivering listening skills and PC spreadsheet training to engineers.
She has held positions as a consultant and instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, specializing in statistical process control and team problem solving techniques, and as a process engineer and team manager for Procter and Gamble.
Carol Holthouse graduated with highest honors from Purdue University, BSCE 1979, has completed 20 hours of graduate education course work, and has attended numerous technical and business seminars.
